Ingredients
  1. • Gram pulse 1/2 kg
  2. • Salt 1 tsp
  3. • Red chilli 2 tsp
  4. • Onion 1 sliced
  5. • Meat or chicken 1/2 kg
  6. • Ginger garlic paste 2 tsp
  7. • Curd 1 cup
  8. • Tomatoes
  9. • Turmetic
  10. • All spices powder 2 tsp
  11. • Whole all spices
  12. • Green chillies
  13. • Green cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  14. • Cumminseed 1 tsp
  15. • Coriander leaves
  16. • Mint leaves
Method
  • 1. Boil gram pulse with salt, ginger garlic paste, 1tsp red chili powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric.
  • 2. Fry onion till brown put cumminseed, cardamom powder, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  • 3. Add chicken/meat fry well.
  • 4. Put curd ,whole all spices: black pepper 10-12 ,6-7 cloves ,3-4 cinnamon stick ,2 cardamom, turmeric,
  • 5. 2tsp red chilli powder, salt 1tsp, all spices powder 2tsp mix well and fry more.
  • 6. Chop tomatoes and put, coriander leaves and green chillie cover with lid and cook.
  • 7. Put boiled gram pulse little water and mint leaves cover and steam.
