1. Boil gram pulse with salt, ginger garlic paste, 1tsp red chili powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric.
2. Fry onion till brown put cumminseed, cardamom powder, 1tbsp ginger garlic paste.
3. Add chicken/meat fry well.
4. Put curd ,whole all spices: black pepper 10-12 ,6-7 cloves ,3-4 cinnamon stick ,2 cardamom, turmeric,
5. 2tsp red chilli powder, salt 1tsp, all spices powder 2tsp mix well and fry more.
6. Chop tomatoes and put, coriander leaves and green chillie cover with lid and cook.
7. Put boiled gram pulse little water and mint leaves cover and steam.
