Ingredients
  1. Channa daal, boiled2 cups
    Mutton½ kg
    Onion sliced1
    Tomatoes sliced2
    Ginger julienne2 tbsp
    Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
    Oil2 tbsp
    Cinnamon1 piece
    Green chilies sliced6 – 8
    Salt to taste
    Red chili powder1 tbsp
    Turmeric1 tsp
    Chaat masala1 tsp
    Garam masala1 tsp
    Peppercornsfew
    Water2 cups
    Lemon juice2 tbsp
    Fenugreek leaves1 tbsp
Method
  • Combine meat, water, salt, onion and ginger garlic paste and cook it on till done. Add tomatoes, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, fenugreek leaves and oil and cook. Now add earlier boiled channa daal and some more water. Let cook and then add chopped coriander, lemon juice, green chilies and chaat masala and serve hot with naan or chapattis
