Ingredients
  1. Chicken                ½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
    Onion 1
    Tomatoes 3-4
    Yogurt 250 gm
    Honey 1 tbsp
    Chicken stock ½ liter
    Oil 3-4 tbsp
    Salt to taste
    For Masala:
    Cinnamon 2 sticks
    Coriander seeds  ½ tsp
    Fennel seeds 1 tsp
    Cumin seeds 1 tsp
    Turmeric 1 tsp
    Whole red chili 25 gm
Method
  • To make Masala:
    Roast all the spice son the pan and grind it in the grinder.
    For Chicken:
    Take 3-4 tbsp oil in the pan and fry 1 onion and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste in it. Add in ½ kg chicken fillet and fry it. Add in 1 tbsp honey, 250 gm yogurt and add in ready spices. Now add 3-4 tomatoes and cook it till the tomatoes are grinded. Add in ½ liter chicken stock. Cook it till it thickens. Dish it out and serve.
