1. Marinate ½ kg boneless chicken with 2 tbsp corn flour, a pinch of red color, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp salt and 1 tbsp crushed red pepper. Mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes.Now fry marinated chicken in oil as required.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and fry well. Now add ½ tsp chili powder, ½ tsp turmeric and 10 curry leaves.Also add 250 gm yogurt and fry well.
3. Lastly add 10 green chilies and fried chicken. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve.
