  1. Crushed red chili2tbsp
    Whole coriander 2tbsp
    Whole black pepper2tbsp
    Turmeric1tsp
    Ingredients

    Ginger1tbsp
    Garlic1tbsp
    Curd1cup
    Lemon juice1
    Curry leaves8-10
    Salt1tsp
    Corn starch2tbsp
    Oil½ cup
Method
  • Grind 2tbsp Crushed red chili, 2tbsp Whole coriander, 2tbsp Whole black pepper and 1tsp Turmeric
    Mix chicken, ginger, grinded 5 spice, salt, corn starch in a bowl.
    Then heat oil in a pan, stir fry the chicken.
    Cook chicken on low flame until tenderize.
    Add curry leaves and serve with steamed rice.
