Grind 2tbsp Crushed red chili, 2tbsp Whole coriander, 2tbsp Whole black pepper and 1tsp Turmeric
Mix chicken, ginger, grinded 5 spice, salt, corn starch in a bowl.
Then heat oil in a pan, stir fry the chicken.
Cook chicken on low flame until tenderize.
Add curry leaves and serve with steamed rice.
