Ingredients
  1. For Chicken:
  2. Chicken boneless 400 gm
  3. Salt ½ tsp
  4. Corn flour 2 tsp
  5. Coriander powder ½ pinch
  6. Egg 1
  7. Oil for frying
  8. For Sauce:
  9. Garlic ½ tsp chopped
  10. Green chillies 4 to 5
  11. Cumin seeds ½ tsp
  12. Red chilli ½ tsp
  13. Black pepper ½ tsp
  14. Tomato purees 3 tbsp
  15. Curry leaves 4 to 5
  16. Fresh coriander ½ bunch
  17. Ginger 1 tsp chopped
  18. Oil as required
Method
  • For Chicken:
  • Take a bowl, add chicken, salt, corn flour, coriander powder and egg.
  • Leave it to marinade.
  • Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry till chicken is cooked through.
  • For Sauce:
  • Heat oil in a frying pan.
  • Now add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin, red chillies, black pepper and tomato puree in a pan.
  • Mix well and cook for a while.
  • Now add curry leaves and chicken, cook for a while.
  • Then dish out the chicken and garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
