Take a bowl, add chicken, salt, corn flour, coriander powder and egg.
Leave it to marinade.
Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken and fry till chicken is cooked through.
Heat oil in a frying pan.
Now add ginger, garlic, green chillies, cumin, red chillies, black pepper and tomato puree in a pan.
Mix well and cook for a while.
Now add curry leaves and chicken, cook for a while.
Then dish out the chicken and garnish with green coriander leaves and serve.
