In a bowl add the
cream, butter, black pepper, salt, sugar, green onion and fold it. Cut the
potatoes in half, sideways, and scrape the flesh into a large bowl taking care
to leave the skins intact. Mash
the baked potato flesh with a fork and
add it to the cream,butter, blackpepper, salt,sugar and green onion
mixture. Now take the potato
skins and fill it with the potato mixture.
Set the oven at 150
C and bake the potatoes for 10 minutes.
