Ingredients
  1. 4 Potatoes (boiled)
  2. 200 grams Boneless chicken
  3. 1 Green onion (chopped)
  4. 1 tbsp Butter
  5. 2 tbsp Cream
  6. 2 Cheese slice
  7. 1/2 tsp Black pepper (crushed)
  8. 1/2 tsp Sugar
  9. 1/4 tsp Salt
Method
  • In a bowl add the cream, butter, black pepper, salt, sugar, green onion and fold it. Cut thepotatoes in half, sideways, and scrape the flesh into a large bowl taking care to leave the skins intact.
  • Mash the baked potato flesh with a fork and add it to the cream,butter, blackpepper, salt,sugar and green onion mixture. Now take the potato skins and fill it with the potato mixture.
  • Set the oven at 150 C and bake the potatoes for 10 minutes.
