Heat ¼ cup ghee in a wok, add 2 chopped onion and sauté till brown.
Now add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg chicken. Fry well till its color is changed.
Then add in 1 tbsp crushed coriander seeds, 1 tbsp crushed cumin seeds, 1 tbsp crushed black pepper and 250 gm yogurt. Cover and cook on medium flame for 12 – 15 minutes.
Now remove the lid, add 4 – 5 chopped green chilies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves and 1 medium piece of chopped ginger.
Fry well on high flame for 1 – 2 minutes. Then dish it out and serve hot.
