Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 1 tbsp chopped garlic and fry.
Now remove in a bowl.
Add in 2 eggs, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 2 tsp ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp crushed red pepper and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
Make into thick paste.
Add in chicken wings and keep aside for 2 hours.
In a bowl mix together ½ cup flour and ½ cup corn flour.
Coat marinated chicken wings with flour mixture and deep fry on medium flame till golden brown.
