Preheat the oven to 190 degrees.Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan, add 2 – 3 cloves of chopped garlic and 1 chopped onion. Fry well till onion is tender.Add in sliced chicken and fry for 3 – 4 minutes, when the chicken is tender add ½ cup cream cheese, ¼ bunch of chopped parsley, salt to taste and ½ tsp black pepper powder.
Boil 1 flower of broccoli for 1 – 2 minutes. Now remove from boiling water and add to the cold water. Keep aside.Heat 50 gm butter in a pan, add 2 – 3 tbsp flour and fry for 1 – 2 minutes.Remove from fire, keep aside to cool for few minutes, then add 300 ml milk.
Mix again and put on flame. Add ½ tsp oregano, ½ tsp thyme, a little salt and a little black pepper. Cook till sauce thickens.Remove from fire and keep aside.
Arrange chicken pieces in an oven proof dish, top with boiled broccoli and then boiled spaghetti. Now spread prepared sauce on top. Lastly make a layer of grated mozzarella cheese.Bake in a preheated oven on 190 degrees for 12 – 15 minutes.
