Chicken Karhai recipe by Rukaiya Abbas. This delightful Ramadan Recipes recipe of Chicken Karhai can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

 Chicken 1 kg
Water 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomatoes, chopped 6
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds, roasted 1 tbsp
Ginger, sliced 2 inches piece
Green chilies, chopped 6-8
Oil 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped as required

METHOD

In water add chicken, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chilli powderand salt cook covered till chicken is done.  When chicken is done, addoil, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger sliced,  coriander leaveschopped, let cook and then serve.
