Ingredients
  1.  Chicken 1 kg
    Water 1 cup
    Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
    Tomatoes, chopped 6
    Salt 1 ½ tsp
    Red chili powder 1 tbsp
    Cumin seeds, roasted 1 tbsp
    Ginger, sliced 2 inches piece
    Green chilies, chopped 6-8
    Oil 2 tbsp
    Coriander leaves chopped as required
Method
  • In water add chicken, ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, red chilli powderand salt cook covered till chicken is done.  When chicken is done, addoil, cumin seeds, green chillies, ginger sliced,  coriander leaveschopped, let cook and then serve.
