Ingredients
  1. Yogurt 4 Tbsp
  2. Brown Onion 4 Tbsp
  3. Oil 6 tbsp
  4. Crush Brown Onion 1 Cup
  5. Yogurt 500 gram
  6. Ginger Paste 2 Tbsp
  7. Curru Powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt to Taste
  9. Chicken Mince 1/2 Kilo
  10. Salt to Taste
  11. Green Chili (chop) 4 Tbsp
  12. Ginger (chop) 3 Tbsp
  13. Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
  14. Bread 1
  15. Corn Flour 2 Tbsp
  16. Onion (chop) 5 Tbsp
  17. Water to Use
  18. Red Chili Powder 1 Tbsp
Method
  • Mix salt, chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, red chilli powder, 1
  • bread crumbles, cornflour, brown onion powder and yogurt in the minced.
  • Meat and chop it finely. Make small kofta like balls and keep aside.
  • Heat oil and fry garlic ginger paste in it.
  • Now add crushed brown piyaaz and
  • Yogurt in it with salt and red chilli powder.
  • Cook it for 15 minutes until it
  • Becomes a paste and oil separates.
  • Add water, bring it to boil. add all the
  • Koftas in it (dont over lap them). cook them for 10-12 minutes, serve it.
