Boil the half minced meat and finely chop the half minced meat.
Add salt, pepper, seasoning, grams and poppy seed(crush them finely) in it.Chop green coriander, ginger, mint, green chili and add them all.
Now take the chopped minced meat and prepare flat or rounded balls of it and redden them into ghee.
Like irani koofta prepare its curry.
Add saffaron(crushed) after mixing into fragrant water(rose water).
Besides add kooftay into boiler for few minutes and cover them.
After 15 minutes remove them. Saffaron koofta are ready now.
