Chicken Malai Curry recipe by Tahir Chaudhary. This delightful Main Course recipe of Chicken Malai Curry can be ready in approximately 30 Minutes and good to serve around 2-4 People. Follow all the steps recommended by Chef to get a perfect dish. Hide

INGREDIENTS

Oil 4tbsp
Medium sized onion 1
Garlic 2 tsp
Chicken            500 gram
Milk cream ½ cup
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 2tsp
Cumin powder 1tsp
Tara garam masala 2 tsp
Turmeric powder ½ tsp
Red chili powder 2tsp
Salt 1tsp
Ginger 2tsp
Curd ½ cup
Fenugreed 1tsp
Chopped Green coriander ¼ cup
Green chilies 3-4

METHOD

Heat oil in a pan and sauté 1 chopped onion.
Now add 500 gram of chicken, 2tsp of ginger paste and allow to fry.
Then add 2tsps of coriander powder, 2 tsp of cumin powder,2 tsp of tara garam masala,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder ,2 tsp of red chili powder ,1tsp of salt and ½ cup of curd to cook.
When cooked then add 2 tbsp of lemon.
When all spices are absorbed then add 1 tsp fenugreek and ½ cup milk cream and keep on simmer for 2-3 min .
Before serving on a dish garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
