Heat oil in a pan and sauté 1 chopped onion.
Now add 500 gram of chicken, 2tsp of ginger paste and allow to fry.
Then add 2tsps of coriander powder, 2 tsp of cumin powder,2 tsp of tara garam masala,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder ,2 tsp of red chili powder ,1tsp of salt and ½ cup of curd to cook.
When cooked then add 2 tbsp of lemon.
When all spices are absorbed then add 1 tsp fenugreek and ½ cup milk cream and keep on simmer for 2-3 min .
Before serving on a dish garnish with green coriander and green chilies.
