Chicken Manchurian recipe is a popular dish belonging to Chinese cuisine. It is light, nutritious, and delicious recipe that has a totally different flavor in Pakistan. Chicken Manchurian recipe is made by boneless chicken pieces marinated in exotic spices and then cooked in spicy Chinese sauce. Sizzling Chicken Manchurian recipe is prepared with tomato sauce, soya sauce, chili sauce, Chinese salt, and spring onion to please your taste buds. Chicken Manchurian is best served with Egg-Fired Rice mostly. Some Chicken Manchurian recipes also include chopped vegetables to give it a perfect taste. 1) Boneless Chicken (Cubed) 1 kg

2) Salt as per taste

3) Garlic Paste 1 tbsp

4) Whole Red Chillies 4-6

5) White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp

6) Vinegar 2-3 tbsp

7) Soya Sauce 4 tbsp

8) Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp

9) Sugar 1 tsp

10) Chinese Salt 1 tsp

11) Tomato Paste 1 cup

12) Tomato Ketchup 1 cup

13) Stock 1 cup

14) Dalda Cooking Oil 4-6 tbsp


1) Spring Onion (Chopped) 2 tbsp

2) Carrot (julienne) 2 tbsp

3) Capsicum (julienne) 2 tbsp


1.marinate chicken with chilli sauce, vinegar, soya souce, salt white pepper,
2. sugar and Chinese salt.Keep aside for half an hour.In a pot, heat
3. Dalda Cooking Oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.Soute garlic for a
4. minute and add chicken.Golden fry the chicken on high heat and remove
5. it from the pot.In the same pot add tomato paste, ketchup and sotck.
6. Add salt, whole red chillies and cook until thick.Add the chicken and
7. bring to a boil. Heat a sizzler plate(easily available in shops) on medium
8. heat for 10 minutes and pour the manchurian into the hot plate
9.Garnish and serve hot with boiled rice or freid rice.

making Manchurian with real restaurant taste is a really difficult task when you cook this recipe at home it will be thin and not get thicker easily. I don't know how restaurants make this so thicker, any help would be appreciated, thanks

Very easy and delicious, The sauce was pretty sweet (I like my food to be spicy) because my peppers were too mild, so I added some crushed red and cayenne to this recipe for chicken manchurian to offset it and it was great.
