  1. 1) Boneless Chicken (Cubed) 1 kg
  2. 2) Salt as per taste
  3. 3) Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
  4. 4) Whole Red Chillies 4-6
  5. 5) White Pepper Powder 1 tbsp
  6. 6) Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
  7. 7) Soya Sauce 4 tbsp
  8. 8) Chilli Sauce 2 tbsp
  9. 9) Sugar 1 tsp
  10. 10) Chinese Salt 1 tsp
  11. 11) Tomato Paste 1 cup
  12. 12) Tomato Ketchup 1 cup
  13. 13) Stock 1 cup
  14. 14) Dalda Cooking Oil 4-6 tbsp
  15. Garnish
  16. 1) Spring Onion (Chopped) 2 tbsp
  17. 2) Carrot (julienne) 2 tbsp
  18. 3) Capsicum (julienne) 2 tbsp
  • 1.marinate chicken with chilli sauce, vinegar, soya souce, salt white pepper,
  • 2. sugar and Chinese salt.Keep aside for half an hour.In a pot, heat
  • 3. Dalda Cooking Oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes.Soute garlic for a
  • 4. minute and add chicken.Golden fry the chicken on high heat and remove
  • 5. it from the pot.In the same pot add tomato paste, ketchup and sotck.
  • 6. Add salt, whole red chillies and cook until thick.Add the chicken and
  • 7. bring to a boil. Heat a sizzler plate(easily available in shops) on medium
  • 8. heat for 10 minutes and pour the manchurian into the hot plate
  • 9.Garnish and serve hot with boiled rice or freid rice.

making Manchurian with real restaurant taste is a really difficult task when you cook this recipe at home it will be thin and not get thicker easily. I don't know how restaurants make this so thicker, any help would be appreciated, thanks
