  1. Chicken ½ kg
    Saltto taste
    Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
    Onion chopped1
    Tomatoes chopped3
    Chili powder1 tsp
    Crushed red pepper1 tsp
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Mix whole spicesas required
    Yogurt250 gm
    Turmeric1 tsp
    Cumin powder1 tsp
    Coriander powder1 tsp
    Fennel seeds crushed ½ tsp
    Dry fenugreek leaves½ tsp
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Oil¼ cup
    Water½ cup
  • Heat ¼ cup oil in a wok, add in 1 chopped onion and sauté till golden brown.
    Now add 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and ½ kg chicken, fry well till it turns to golden brown.
    Add mix whole spices, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp crushed red pepper, 1 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp cumin powder, 1 tsp coriander powder, ½ tsp crushed fennel seeds, 3 chopped tomatoes and salt to taste. Fry well for a few minutes.
    Then add 250 gm yogurt and mix well. Add a little water, cover and cook for 8 – 10 minutes.
    Now remove lid, add ½ tsp dry fenugreek leaves and ¼ bunch of chopped coriander leaves
    Mix well and dish it out. Sprinkle 1 tsp crushed black pepper on top. Serve with naan.
