Ingredients
  1. 1, Chicken tight  200g.
    2, Grated fresh ginger  20g.
    3, Sugar syrup  20ml.
    4, Green onion  30g.
    5, Round onion  50g.
    6, Kikkoman soy  20ml.
    7, Teriyaki Sauce 40ml.
    8, Powdered pepper  2g
    9, Tomato  25g.
    10, Cucumber  30g.
    11, Coleslaw cabbage  80g.
    12, Carrots  15g.
    13, Homemade Salad mayo dressing  40g.
Method
  • Cut the chicken tights into thin slices and sauté with julienne   onion, when chicken is almost cooked add the grated ginger, sugar syrup and Kikkoman soy
    Reduce the fire and cook for at least five minutes then add the julienne green onion and teriyaki sauce
    Arrange onto a serving  platter and  garnish with  green lettuce, coleslaw cabbage, side with tomato petal and fan sliced cucumber dressed with homemade mayonnaise and thin julienne carrots
