1. Marinate the chicken in mustard powder, salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, ketchup and soya sauce
2. Boil potatoes, carrots lightly and cut up in cubes
3. Cut up onions and green peppers in cubes as well.
4. Take a skewer and skew on the vegetables and chicken, try putting on each skewer only two of each ingredient.
5. Dip the skewers in egg, and then dip them in breadcrumbs.
6. Deep fry skewers on slow flame for 8 to 10 minutes.
7. Serve with Fries.
