Marinate 200 gm chicken fillet with ½ tsp Chaat Masala, ½ tsp chili powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp mustard paste, 1 tsp roasted cumin seeds and a pinch of yellow color. Leave it for 1 hour. Now heat oil and fry marinated chicken till its color turn to golden brown. Cut hotdog buns into halves. Toast all the sides, spread one side with mayonnaise and chili garlic sauce. Put fried chicken fillet on it. Top with lettuce leaves, cucumber slices and tomato slices. Cover with other piece of bun on top and serve.
