Ingredients
  1. Chicken breast 1 cut in long stripes
  2. Salt as required
  3. Black and white pepper as required
  4. Chinese salt as required
  5. For Batter
  6. Garlic cloves 2 crushed
  7. Refined flour 1-1/2 tbsp
  8. Corn flour 2 tbsp
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Black pepper 1/4 tsp
  11. White pepper 1/4 tsp
  12. Chinese salt 1/4 tsp
  13. Egg 1
  14. Oil for frying
Method
  • 1. Season chicken stripes with salt,chinese salt, black and white pepper set it aside.
  • 2. Now for batter first add all dry ingredients and spices in garlic.
  • 3. Add egg and mix it well.
  • 4. Now add little water to make the batter smooth.
  • 5. Just before frying add little oil in batter and mix it.
  • 6. Now coat chicken stripes in refined flour and then in batter.
  • 7. Heat oil and fry the tempuras on medium heat till they are golden in colour.
  • 8. Serve with tomato ketchup.

This recipe is very nice and easy to make but it would be more useful for me if chicken tempura recipe would be in Urdu Language. I hope you will add chicken tempura recipe in Urdu.
