  1. Chicken boneless½ kg
    Water½ cup
    Garlic paste1 tbsp
    Coriander leaves¼ bunch
    Walnut50 gm
    Bay leaf1
    Chili powder1 tsp
    Oyster sauce1 tbsp
    Tomato ketchup2 tbsp
    Corn flour 1– 1 ½ tbsp
    Black pepper powder½ tsp
    Saltto taste
    Oil3 – 4 tbsp
  • Cut ½ kg chicken into slices, heat 3 – 4 tbsp oil in a wok, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sliced chicken. Fry well till its color is changed.
    Now add 1 chopped onion, half sliced carrot, 1 bay leaf, 50 gm chopped walnut, 1 tsp chili powder, ½ tsp black pepper powder and salt to taste.
    Mix well and fry for 1 – 2 minutes.
    Then add 1 tbsp oyster sauce and 2 tbsp tomato ketchup. Cook for a few minutes.
    Thicken sauce with 1 – 1 ½ tbsp corn flour paste.
    lastly dish it out, garnish with chopped walnut and ¼ bunch of chopped coriander leaves.
