Heat oil in a pan and fry walnuts to make crisp and take it out.
Cut onion and capsicum in dices.
In a bowl add chicken stock, 1 tsp of sugar, 1 tbsp of soya sauce, 1 tbsp of corn flour and ½ tsp of Chinese salt to mix.
Now add chicken and vegetables in the mixture to cook and switch off the flame when it’s become thick.
Now boil rice in salty water and dry it and fry it in a wok with 1 tbsp of oil.
Now add parsley in rice.
Now dish it out and pour vegetable and chicken mixture in the center and garnish it with walnuts and serve.
