Ingredients
  1. Jagery ½ kg
  2. Water 1 cup
  3. China grass 4-5 packets
  4. Coconut milk 1 tin
  5. Almonds few
  6. Fresh cream as required
Method
  • Soak ½ kg of jaggery in water
  • In other bowl boil 4-5 packets of china grass in water.
  • Now place soaked jiggery and china grass on serving dish.
  • Now pour coconut milk over it for molding
  • When it molds then garnish with few almonds and with fresh whipped cream.
  • Delicious china grass is ready to serve.
