Ingredients
  1. Undercut (whole) 1 kg
  2. Aniseed flowers 3
  3. Cinnamon 3 sticks
  4. Dark soya sauce 1 cup
  5. White pepper powder 1tsp
  6. Red food colour 1 pinch
  7. Pakistani Chinese salt 1 cup
  8. Oil 1 cup
Method
  • • Boil undercut with ½ jug water, aniseed flower, cinnamon, soya sauce, Pakistan Chinese salt, white pepper and food colour in a pot until meat is tender.
  • • Remove meat; heat oil in a wok; fry undercut from both sides.
  • • Cut delicious undercut in thin slices and serve.
