Ingredients
  1. Chicken leg piece½ kg
    Ginger garlic paste2 tbsp
    Egg1
    Corn flour2 tbsp
    Flour2 tbsp
    Sesame seeds1 tbsp
    Cinnamon powder½ tsp
    Crushed red pepper1 tbsp
    Black pepper powder¼ tsp
    White pepper powder¼ tsp
    Lemon juice2 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Oil4 tbsp
    Oilfor fry
Method
  • Marinate ½ kg chicken cut into cubes with 1 egg, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 tbsp lemon juice.
    Now add 2 tbsp flour, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, ½ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, ½ tsp white pepper powder, ¼ tsp black pepper powder, salt to taste and 4 tbsp oil. Mix well.
    Heat oil in a pan, add marinated chicken to the pan, cover and deep fry until crisp.
    Remove from oil, serve with ketchup or chili garlic sauce.
