Ingredients
  1. • Chicken mince 1/2 kg
  2. • Bread (soaked) 2 slices
  3. • Capsicums (cut in cubes) 2
  4. • Onion (cut in cubes) 2
  5. • Green chilli (cut in long strips) 4
  6. • Tomato ketchup 1 cup
  7. • Soya sauce 1 tbsp + 1/2 cup
  8. • Crushed black pepper 1 1/2 tsp
  9. • Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
  10. • Vinegar 1 tbsp
  11. • Salt 1/2 tsp
  12. • Oil 4 tbsp
Method
  • 1. Blend mince and bread in blender. Add ginger garlic paste, 1 tsp black pepper, 1 tbsp soya sauce and salt. Wet your palms and make small, long kebabs and set aside.
  • 2. Heat oil in a wok and fry kebabs till golden. Add vegetables and cook for 1 minute on high flame.
  • 3. Add remaining black pepper, salt, 1/2 cup soya sauce, and vinegar and tomato ketchup.Stir. Remove from flame after 1 minute. Garnish and serve.
