Ingredients
  1. 1) Eggs 2
  2. 2) Capsicum 1
  3. 3) Soya sauce 1 tbsp
  4. 4) Black pepper 1 tsp
  5. 5) Green onions, chopped
  6. 6) Salt to taste
  7. 7) Oil for frying
Method
  • 1. Beat eggs and add salt, pepper, soya sauce, green onions and capsicum.
  • 2. Heat oil in a frying-pan, add the egg mixture and cook slowly.
  • 3. As the omelette cooks, turn over to cook the other side.
  • 4. Fold and serve hot.
