Dahi Chana Chaat is most popular south Asian Food; it is highly consumed in Ramadan. Dahi Chana Chaat has many variations. INGREDIENTS

Undercut (whole) 1 kg

Aniseed flower 3

Cinnamon 3 sticks

Dark soy sauce 1 cup

White pepper powder 1 tbsp

Red food color 1 pinch

Chinese salt ½ tsp

Oil 1 cup

METHOD

• Heat undercut with ½ pitcher water, aniseed flowers, cinnamon, soy sauce, Chinese salt, white pepper and food color in a pot until meat is tender.
• Remove meat, warm oil in a wok, cook undercut from both sides.
• Slash delicious undercut in thin pieces and serve.
