Heat oil in the e pan and put 500 grams of mutton in it.
Now add 1 medium onion in meat and let it cook until it turns to light brown color.
Add 1 tbsp of ginger and garlic paste, Shan kuna masala, 1tsp of red chili powder, 1 tsp of crushed red chili, 1/2 tsp of turmeric powder and 1 tsp of salt and allow cooking.
Now add 4 cups stock in meat and keep on low flame until it become tender.
Mix 1 tsp of white cumin,1 tsp of coriander powder,1 tsp of black pepper,2-3 cloves,2 cardamom ,1 black cardamom,1 cinnamon,1/8 tsp of Mace,1/8 tsp of nutmeg.
When meat is half cooked water remaining then add 1- 1 /2 tsp of above made masala and allow cooking
Pour milk in flour and mix it well to form batter.
Pour this mixture slowly in the meat to thickens gravy and Put ½ tsp of black cumin.
Cover with lid and Allow meat to cook on very slow flame for 30 min
Sprinkle tara garam masala and garnish with green chili.
Delicious chinioti Kuna is ready to serve
