  • حسب ضرورت چاکلیٹ کو Temper کر کے چاکلیٹ باکس والے مولڈ میں ڈالیں۔ اچھی طرح سے پٹخیں کہ درمیان میں کوئی air bubble باقی نہ رہے۔ scraper کی مدد سے اچھی طرح صاف کرلیں کہ اضافی چاکلیٹ ہٹ جائے۔ پھر اسے جمنے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
