Ingredients
  1. Chocolate biscuits crushed 2 cups
    Butter 4 ounces melted
    Ingredients for filling
    Chocolate grated 4 ounces
    Eggs 2
    Vanilla essence 1 tsp
    Gelatin 1 tbsp
    Sugar ½ cup
    Corn flour 1 tbsp
    Milk 1 cup
    Whipped cream 1 cup
Method
  • Preheat oven to 180 degree C, crush biscuits into fine crumbs, mix with melted butter, and press mixture into a bottom of 8 inch greased pie plate, bake biscuit crust for 10 minutes, remove and cool.
    Mix corn flour, sugar, grated chocolate, milk, cook over low heat till chocolate melts, remove add in 2 egg yolks and vanilla essence and 1 tbsp butter. Cool mixture and pour over the biscuit base, chill, decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
