Ingredients
  1. • 1 can (10 1/2 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup
  2. • 1/4 cup water
  3. • 2 cups chow mein noodles, divided, or use coarsely crushed potato chips
  4. • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  5. • Dash of pepper
  6. • 1 can (6 1/2 to 7 ounces) tuna, drained and flaked
  7. • 1 cup sliced celery
Method
  • In a large bowl combine soup and water; add 1 cup of chow mein noodles, onion, pepper, tuna and celery; toss lightly. Turn mixture into 10x6x2-inch or 8x8x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining 1 cup chow mein noodles over top. Bake in 375° oven 30 minutes.
