Make chutney of green chilies, red chilies, coriander. Boil the potatoes and cut it into pieces fry them till golden briown. Add in cauliflower and fry till they are golden brown. Add in 2 tbsp mustad oil in the pan and add in potatoe, caiuliflower, salt amd 1 tbsp mustard seed amd green patse. In the add in ginger, 2 lemon juice and simmer for 5 minutes and serve.
