Ingredients
  1. Milk 1 kg
  2. Khoya ½ kg
  3. Semolina ½ cup
  4. Coconut 2 cup
  5. Sugar 250 gm
  6. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  7. Green color a pinch
  8. Khewra essence few drops
Method
  • Take ½ cup semolina in a pan and sauté it.
  • Add in 1 tsp cardamom powder and 250 gm sugar.
  • Mix everything together.
  • Add in 1 cup water and a pinch of green color.
  • Mix it and add it in the milk.
  • Then add in ½ kg khoya, mix it and keep on stirring it.
  • Add in 2 cup coconut and mix it.
  • Add in roasted semolina and cook it till the mixture thickens.
  • Take it out in a dish and garnish it with coconut.
  • Cut it in squares and serve.
