Ingredients
  1. For Dough:
    Flour 2 cup
    Clarified butter 2 tbsp
    Oil to fry
    Salt to taste
    For filling:
    Gram lentil (boiled) 1 cup
    Cumin seeds (roasted and crushed) 1 tbsp
    Red chilies 5-6
    Salt to taste
Method
  • Mix 2 cup flour, clarified butter and salt together in a mixing bowl. Take 1 cup boil gram lentil, 1 tbsp cumin seed, 5-6 whole red chilies and salt. Grind it together. Make small balls of the dough and fill in the grinded lentil mixture. Leave it for some time. Now roll them. Take some oil in the pan and fry the Kachoris on a low flame. Serve hot.
