Put all Mint leaves ¼ bunch, Coriander leaves ½ bunch, Green chilies 4, Tomato 1 small, Khatai powder ½ tsp heaped, Salt ½ tsp, Garlic ½ tsp, Yogurt 3 tbsp in the blender and blend till smooth.
Method for bun kabab
Boil daal with 1 ½ cup water, salt, chili powder, white and black cumin till tender and dry, chopperize daal and mix with boiled and mashed potatoes, make kababs, dip in stiffly beaten egg whites, shallow fry. Cut buns in half, heat in little oil, spread with chatni, salad leaves fried kababs, cucumber and tomato slice, top with other half of the bun. Serve hot.
