1. Put half a cup of oil in a sauce pan.
2. Add chicken to it and fry chicken until it turns brown
3. Add ginjer garlic paste to it and keep frying for 3 minutes
4. Add youghurt,salt and red chillies to it
5. Cover the sauce pan for the chicken to be cooked well at low flame for 20 minutes.
Note: Dont add water to cook the chicken as it will ruin the taste of youghurt chicken
