Ingredients
  1. ½ kg chicken boneless
    ½ cup yogurt
    4 onions
    2 tsp ginger garlic paste
    1 tsp black pepper
    2 tsp green chili paste
    ½ tsp all spice powder
    ½ tsp salt
    2 tbsp oil
    50 grams butter
    Shashlik sticks as required
Method
  • Dice the chicken and marinate with ½ cup yogurt,2tsp ginger garlic paste,1tsp black pepper powder,2tsp green chilies paste,1/2tsp all spice powder,1/2tsp salt and 2tbsp oil.Leave to marinate for 2-3 hours
    Thread the chicken onto Shashlik sticks and bake in an oven proof dish at 200C for half an hour.
    Melt 50g of butter and fry 4 diced onions until pink.
    Add the baked chicken kebabs and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Serve with lemon wedges and your favorite dip
