Ingredients
  1. Chicken boneless½ kg
    Yogurt½ kg
    Ginger paste2 tbsp
    Saltto taste
    Chopped green chilies8
    Red chili flakes1 tbsp
    Lemons4
    Crushed black pepper1 tsp
    Bihari kabab Masala 2 tbsp
    Raw papaya paste tbsp
    Clarified butter 1 cup
Method
  • Take a big dish and add in ½ kg boneless chicken, ½ kg yogurt, 1 tbsp papaya paste, 8 chopped green chilies, salt, ginger garlic paste, bihari kabab masala , crushed black pepper and keep it for some time. Add in ghee and cook. When the water dries, add in 1 tbsp ghee and simmer it and give it coal burn. Serve hot.
