1. In a pan put together 250 gm whole black lentils, ½ tsp turmeric, ½ tsp salt and 2 tsp ginger garlic paste. Cook over low flame till lentil is tender. Add 2 tbsp green chili paste, ½ bunch of coriander leaves, 4 whole green chilies and ½ cup cream. Mix well and turn the flame off.
2. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a frying pan, add 50 gm butter, 1 tsp cumin seeds and 4 chopped garlic cloves. Fry well, pour on top of lentils mixture.
