Ingredients
  1. Beef250 grams
    Mash lentil350 grams
    Bengal gram100 grams
    Tara garam masala2tsp
    Red chili powder2tsp
    Turmeric powder½ tsp
    Salt1-1/2 tsp
    Masala ingredients:
    Oil½ cup
    Chopped medium sized onion1
    Tomatoes2
    Potatoes3
    Garlic ginger paste2 tsp
    Crushed red chili½ tsp
    Red chili powder1tsp
    Salt1tsp
    Turmeric powder¼ tsp
    Tara garam masala1tsp
    Whole cumin½ tsp
    Green chilies4
    Chopped Green coriander2tbsp
Method
  • To make badiyan ,mix 250 grams beef ,350 grams mash lentil,100 grams Bengal gram ,2tsp tara garam masala ,2tsp red chili powder ,1/2 tsp turmeric powder and 1-1/2 tsp of salt and make a paste.
    Now make small balls and then fry and keep it in freezer.
    Heat oil in a pan and make onion light brown to make masala.
    Add 2 tsp of garlic ginger paste, 2 tomatoes,1/2crushed red chili,1tso salt,1/4 tsp of tara garam masala,1/2 tsp cumin  and allow to cook.
    Then add 3 potatoes and keep it on simmer.
    When potatoes become tender then add 2 tbsp green coriander and 4 green chilies.
    Serve with nan
