Ingredients
  1. Minced meat 500 g
  2. Kachri powder 2 tbsp
  3. Salt according to taste
  4. Ginger-garlic paste 2 tbsp
  5. Onions (fried) 3
  6. Red pepper 2 tsp
  7. Garam masala 1.5 tsp
  8. Yogurt 1 cup
  9. Mint 1 cup
  10. Onion (rings) 2
  11. Green chilies according to taste
Method
  • Brown the onions.
  • Take oil in a pan and add minced meat in it.
  • Now add salt and ginger garlic paste in the above pan.
  • Now add kachri powder and red pepper in it.
  • Mix them all well.
  • Now add fried onions, yogurt and garam masala.
  • Now add mint leaves and green chilies in it.
  • Mix them all and cover it with lid.
  • Let it cook for 40 minutes.
  • The dish is ready to serve.
