Ingredients
  1. Mutton                1 kg
    Dough 400 gm
    Onion 2
    Chopped garlic 2 tbsp
    Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
    Turmeric  1 tbsp
    Cinnamon 4-5 sticks
    Oil 4-5 tbsp
    Lahori salt to taste
Method
  • Take 1 kg mutton along with 2 onion, 2 tbsp garlic, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, turmeric, 4-5 cinnamon sticks and some lahori salt in a pan. Cook it for 5-7 minutes. Add in some water and seal the cover of the pan with the dough. Steam it and cook it till the meat tenders. In the end dish it out and serve.
