Ingredients
  1. 1 liter Fresh milk
  2. 1 cup Sugar
  3. 6 Green cardamom
  4. 10 Boiled and chopped almond
  5. 15 Boiled and chopped pistachio
  6. 1 tsp Sugar.
  7. 1 tsp Gram lentils
  8. 4 tbsp Rice
  9. for Caramel
  10. 2 tbsp Water
  11. 4 tbsp Sugar
Method
  • Grind together 6 green cardamoms and 1 tsp sugar.In pan put together ground green cardamoms and 1 liter milk.
  • Cook till thickens.Now grind finely 4 tbsp soaked rice add to the boiling milk. Also add in 1 cup sugar and mix well.
  • Cook well till mixture thickens, remove from fire, pour in an earthenware dish and leave it till firm.
  • Spread boiled almond and pistachios on top.
  • Cook together 4 tbsp sugar and 2 tbsp water to make caramel sauce. Pour on top of feerni.
