Ingredients
  1. 12 ounces of Dry Fettuccine
  2. 2 cups of Vegetables (any of your choice) (chopped & steamed)
  3. 2 cups of Soy Milk
  4. 6 tbsp. of Soy Cheese (grated)
  5. 4 cloves of Garlic (Lehsan) (minced)
  6. A bunch of Fresh Parsley (chopped)
  7. Black Pepper (Pisi Kaali Mirch) (fresh ground - to taste)
Method
  • In a pot of water cook pasta and drain. Place pasta in a large nonstick saute pan along with milk and garlic. Bring to a simmer, stirring frequently. Add cheese and continue cooking until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens. Stir in parsley and black peppers. Then add steamed vegetables. Toss gently and serve.
