Ingredients
  1. chicken breast 1kg
  2. flour 1/2cup
  3. salt 1 t.sp
  4. red chilli 1/2 t.sp
  5. black pepper 1/4 t.sp
  6. ginger powder 1/4 t.sp
  7. cumine powder 1/2 t.sp
  8. butter milk 1 cup
Method
  • Cut chicken in to 1 inch thick & 3 inch long strips .put all chicken into milk for about half hour. Take a flate plate and mix all dry ingredients in it.then take each chicken strip one by one put in it and cot very well.After coating all strips set at the side for about 30 minuts
  • After 30 minutes heat up the pan and fry it until golden brown.and serve it hot with chatny and sprinkle some chat masala on it
