Ingredients
  1. Milk½ kg
    Rice½ cup
    Khoya½ cup
    Sugar2 cup
    Cardamom powder½ tsp
    Khewra essence               few drops
    Silver paperas required
    Miti ki kundiyaan1
Method
  • Mix 125 gm milk out of ½ kg milk with ½ cup rice and mix it. Grind it. Take the remaining milk in the pan and add in 2 cups sugar. Add in the rice paste along with ½ tsp cardamom powder and ½ cup khoya. When the mixture thickens add in few drops of khewra essence. Soak the miti ki kundi in water and put the mixture in it. Put silver paper on it and serve.
