Ingredients
  1. Rice 2cups
    Medium sized onion 1
    Small tomato 1
    Green chilies 4-5
    Cumin powder 1tsp
    Turmeric powder 1 tsp
    Red chili powder 1tsp
    Tara garam masala 1tsp
    Cloves 2-3
    Cinnamon 2
    Oil 1/4 cup
    Salt 1tsp
    Garlic 1tbsp
    Ginger 1tbsp
    Aluminum foil to cover pan
    Chicken cube 1
Method
  • Heat oil in pan and fry 1 medium onion until it turns to golden brown.
    Now add 1 tbsp of garlic paste , 1tbsp of ginger paste ,1 tomato ,4-5 green chillies,1 tsp of cumin powder,1/2 tsp of turmeric powder,1 tsp of red chili powder,1tsp of tara garam masala,2-3 cloves and 2 cinnamon ,allow to cook.
    In other pan boil 2 cups of rice and strain it.
    Now mix the rice in prepared mixture and cover pan with aluminum foil.
    Now allow simmering for 10 to 15 min.
    Delicious foil baked curry rice is ready to serve.
