Ingredients
  1. 1) Chicken whole 1.5 kg
  2. 2) Oil 1/4 cup
  3. 3) Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  4. 4) Chilli powder 1tsp
  5. 5) Turmeric 1/4 tsp
  6. 6) Salt 1tsp full
  7. 7) Cumin seed 1tspfull (grind and roasted)
  8. 8) Coriander powder 1tspfull
  9. 9) All spices powder 1tspfull
  10. 10) Ketchup 1/2 cup
  11. 11) Curd 1/2 cup
  12. 12) Carrot large 1 boiled chopped
  13. 13) Potato 1/2 cup boiled
  14. 14) Green chillies 2
  15. 15) Green coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  16. 16) Eggs 2 boiled chopped
  17. 17) Peas 1/2 cup
  18. 18) Boil macaroni 1/2 cup
Method
  • 1. Wash chicken and prick with fork or slit with knife.
  • 2. Heat oil fry ginger garlic paste add little water
  • 3. Put chilli powder, salt, cumin powder, coriander powder, tumeric and fry.
  • 4. Tie the legs of the whole chicken, and add to the pot.
  • 5. Fry the chicken from all sides, add yoghurt and ketchup cover lid let it cook for 15 minutes
  • 6. Take a large piece of foil and place the chicken in the center pour the thick gravy over the chicken.
  • 7. Add potato, macaronis, peas, eggs, carrot, green chillies and green coriander leaves to the chicken.
  • 8. Wrap it well and bake for 15 minutes at 190C.
  • 9. Serve with wrapped foil in a platter.
